Cost of Using Fleet Vehicles             

To recover the cost of maintenance, wear and tear, and replacement of fleet vehicles, an annual charge will be made to each division based on their use. To help Fleet Services ensure that the fleet experience exceeds expectations for each user, fees may be assessed to divisions in addition to their annual fleet use charge  Read more about the fee schedule in the Fleet Vehicle Information.

Fuel purchased while using a Fleet Vehicle will be paid with a fuel credit card that is provided with each fleet vehicle.  The credit card is to be used only for fuel, only during the travel and to fill the tank before returning the vehicle.
